Common questions
- Is this a true platform license, or hosted SaaS?
- Both options exist. Embedded and Channel tiers are typically hosted by us. Enterprise tenants can elect VPC or single-tenant deployment in your cloud.
- Do you offer source code escrow?
- Yes — Enterprise tier includes escrow. Embedded tier adds it for $15K/year.
- What's the typical time-to-production?
- Six to twelve weeks for Embedded tenants going live with their first product. Enterprise tenants with custom requirements typically run a 90-day implementation engagement.
- Can we see the platform in production?
- Yes — we run live walkthroughs against real customer tenants (with their permission) on second meeting. References available across K-12, higher ed, healthcare, and manufacturing.
